I am Amy Michele - a minimalist, yogi, Francophile in pursuit of a mindful life.
I truly believe one of the most important things we can do is to live mindfully. While embodying mindfulness may look very different for each person, living with an intentional quest for peace, truth and well-being can change your life and bring value to the lives of others.
My pursuit of a mindful life is encompasses many parts of my life, but I have chosen to focus on:
Minimize - Reduce excess to emphasize the important
Practice - Yoga and meditation to ground and center my life
Nourish - Real food for a meaningful life
Wander - Travel to experience people and places outside my world
