Hatha is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga poses (asana). Traditional poses are held in accurate alignment. This class is based on physical postures, breath work (pranayama), mindfulness (meditation), and awareness of the body. Modifications of poses will be offered for those working with limited mobility or injuries. Appropriate for all levels.

A soothing class that focuses on poses (asana) to promote relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation. Poses are held for a longer period of time to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Props are used for support while the body is very gently stretched and strengthened. Appropriate for all levels.
Wednesdays 12:30 - 1:30 pm
Basic class for those who may be working with any health challenge or who prefer a slower pace. It allows you to focus the mind on your intention and incorporates stretching, breathwork and gentle yoga movements to increase flexibility and balance and restore energy.
